🔥 How to use FlexaHeat


Step 1: Put it on

Place the FlexaHeat device on your knee, shoulder, or elbow.
Adjust the straps for a snug, comfortable fit. The ergonomic design makes it easy to use while sitting, relaxing, or watching TV.


Step 2: Power it on

Hold the power button for 2 seconds.
You’ll feel a gentle vibration — that’s your sign the device is ready.


Step 3: Choose your mode

Use the control panel to select one of the modes:

Heat only – improves circulation and soothes stiffness,

Vibration only – relaxes muscles with a light massage,

Heat + Vibration – for full therapeutic relief.


Step 4: Adjust intensity and temperature

You can choose from 3 heat levels, depending on your model:

Type G: 45℃65℃ (113°F149°F)

Type F: 50℃70℃ (122°F158°F)

Standard version: 45℃70℃ (113°F158°F)

Also, adjust the vibration strength: Low, Medium, or High — based on your comfort.

🟢 For first-time use, we recommend starting on the lowest setting.


Step 5: Relax and enjoy

Use the device for 15–20 minutes per session, up to 2–3 times a day.
Perfect for post-workout recovery, daily relief, or relaxing after a long day.


Step 6: Turn off & recharge

Hold the power button again to turn off the device.
Recharge using the included USB cable.
🔋 A full charge takes about 2–3 hours and gives you multiple sessions of use.

✅Can be used over thin clothing or directly on the skin (never over open wounds).

✅Do not use while sleeping.
